Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy times (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Free Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on all orders!
We are currently operating in the UK only. We will soon be launching internationally. Stay tuned for the news.
Tracking

Most orders come with a tracking link sent via email once your parcel is on its way.

If you don’t receive tracking details, don’t worry—some smaller parcels may ship without full tracking.
Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays, strikes, weather, or busy seasons.

Once a parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier—but we’ll always help where we can if things go wrong.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours (with photos if possible).
