At Seooulmates, we want your skincare goodies to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your orders:


Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy times (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

  • We aim to start express next day delivery soon! Signup to our newsletter and keep updated.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • Free Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on all orders!

We are currently operating in the UK only. We will soon be launching internationally. Stay tuned for the news.


Tracking

  • Most orders come with a tracking link sent via email once your parcel is on its way.

  • If you don’t receive tracking details, don’t worry—some smaller parcels may ship without full tracking.


Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays, strikes, weather, or busy seasons.

  • Once a parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier—but we’ll always help where we can if things go wrong.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address due to customer error.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours (with photos if possible).

  • If your parcel goes missing, reach out to us—we’ll investigate with the courier and find a solution.
